The Greens at Hickory, The Greens at Viewmont, and Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center recently came together to host a special lunch in honor of the dedicated hospital case managers at Catawba Valley Medical Center.

We are so grateful for all that these incredible professionals do every day to support patients and their families. It was our privilege to show our appreciation and share this moment of gratitude. 💛
